WEDDING
Dear Dan, Bob, Dave and Ken - We are thrilled that you
played music for us at our weddon on June 4th. You all
were awesome to deal with the wind at the park and the quick
trip back to the barn - I couldn't believe you were
already playing when we arrived. Two of my favorite
memories of the day are skipping down the aisle to "Happy
Together" and dancing like crazy towards the end of your set
with all the little kids. Fun made possible by you!!
Sincerely,
Meg and Dave 6/11

The
skies opened up and the rains came at Freedomsong 3, the outdoor veterans fundraiser, & the members of
Blackstone Valley Bluegrass band did not skip a beat. When it
was decided to move everything inside, they eagerly agreed, and
helped move equipment, all the while chatting it up and smiling.
Not only were their personalities infectious to those around
them, the music was phenomenal. Every note was the right note.
Every harmony soared in perfect pitch. Though there were many
highlights to Freedomsong 3, my personal highlight was BVBB.'

WEDDING
- I just want to tell
you that you were all fantastic. You were everything I wanted in
a band - you are all extremely talented, happy and flexible! I
can't believe you learned Time After Time AND Forever and Ever
Amen for me two weeks before the wedding!! It truly made my
wedding unique and I received so many compliments about your
band. Recently, someone told me they wished you played for the
whole wedding... which would have been awesome!! I would
recommend Blackstone Valley Bluegrass for any occasion - because
you are all professional, kind and damn good at playing your
instruments!! Thanks again for a wonderful reception and for
letting my dad play some guitar with you all! He loved that so
much!

You guys put on an incredible show. My friend Joey ... said
to me, “you might hear as good as this, but you’ll never
hear better”. My sentiments exactly and everyone in
attendance felt privileged to be there. Thank you for giving
this neck of the woods an opportunity to hear “the real
deal”. Best of luck with your summer schedule, I
hope to get up to your area to see you play soon.

What a pleasure it was to welcome
Blackstone Valley Bluegrass to the Pilgrim Church. It was
such a wonderful evening. I'm still trying to figure out
who had more fun - the band or the audience! I really
think that the delight was equally shared - and that made for a
whole lot of happy people. Thanks for making it happen!

BVBB is hands down the most toe-tappin', arms-flyin',
jamtastic band around! They were incredibly accommodating
for our recent wedding helping to make us both feel
completely at ease knowing everything would be taken care
of. Not only are they incredible musicians, they even
learned how to play Cream's "Sunshine of Your Love" just for
our wedding... and Halva Nagila (on the spot)! We loved
their performance of the bluegrass first dance, "Ruby on the
Railroad" as well!
Countless people approached us both during and after the
wedding saying..."I LOVED the band!" "That was the most fun
wedding I've ever attended!" and "I had no idea bluegrass
could be so amazing!" Thank you BVBB, we really appreciate
it! Raïssa

You guys were
fantastic Saturday evening. I can’t say enough about how patient
you were with me ...... and what a great show you put on. Thanks
for being so easy to work with. As I mentioned, you will always
have a home at Steeple as long as I have something to say about
it. Please pass on my thanks and best wishes to the band.
Best of luck with the debut CD,
Debut. I look forward to seeing you all soon. Cheers, Joe

Sometimes in this life you get fortunate in the choices you make. We
were fortunate in our choice of your musicians when we got the
BVBB. A
GREAT night on Friday. Many many compliments on the event.

"Debut”
is an acoustic stunner, bursting with fast-flying notes and
sturdy vocal harmonies............no matter which direction the
band chooses for an approach, the performances are inevitably
crackling with an energy one is more accustomed to hearing from
a stage than from stereo speakers. "Scott

Hello, We couldn't have been more happy with the folks that
turned out to see BVBB for the first time at the Steeple Coffeehouse.
You have a loyal audience. The guys
performed wonderfully - great musicianship, harmonies, songs and
thoroughly entertaining stage presence. They won over everyone there.
Thanks again for recommending
BVBB, they are true
musicians. Best,
Gary Kavanaugh
